Marco from Rome asks, "Rhoda, could you post some pictures of the turkey you are going to bake?" Sure, Marco, here it is. I will also take pictures of the preparations for you. This is our 19 pound bird. We have a special oven to cook it. Mary Kay is in charge of picking the recipe we use. She wants to do a Martha Stewart recipe.

Oh that does look fun! I need to find a recipe for ours as well. Or maybe Mom already has something in mind - I'm not sure. I guess I will ask her about that.

That looks QUITE similar to our turkey.... It's also pfun to know that we're both using the same Martha recipe. Hope it's good!
