Progress on the Cabin

Well, "we busy" on the cabin. Jay and Josh
have worked LOTS this weekend. Actually,
they've been working LOTS the past few weeks, but now it's beginning to really show. The kitchen cabinets were put together- VERY carefully, as they weren't quite the quality that we had hoped they'd be. After the walls got textured and somewhat painted, we were ready for Jay and Josh to hang the cabinets. The walls are "softened green" and "blonde", the chimney is "artichoke, and the ceiling is "sagey". The cabinets LOOK nice, but they weren't pfun to put together! The island is in the foreground.

The place is looking MUCH better, but there's a
long way to go. The carpeting and granite have been orderes, and the hardwood for the great
room is here. Hopefully that will be installed
within the next week.
