I ran a 1/2 marathon today. (Their Web site is lame, but I thought I'd include it anyway.) Check out my awesome form! Thanks to Karla for the awesome pics and coming to cheer me on.
2 hr 8 min. I was happy. High goal was 2 hours. Medium was 2 hr 10 min. So that's fine.
But my friend Cathy came from Mich for the run. Where was she? The race was ending.

She was at the hockatoo!
Dehydrated at mile 11! So close! Potassium something something. I told her she should make this her new Facebook profile picture. I think that would be awesome.
She was discharged a pfew hours later and is now sleeping.

WOW! Did Cathy get back to MI OK? That's just wrong to have run that far and end up in the hospital! Hope she's doing better! GREAT job, Rhoda!! Was this in Ithaca?
