Katie Had a Little Lamb

Katie got a lamb from her day camp for the weekend! It was pfun. It's challenging taking pictures of a girl running with a lamb.

Day at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks

Looking for salmon in the fish ladders.

We at dinner at LunchBox Laboratory. Homemade pork rinds, mac and cheese, milkshakes and burgers.

The kids found a pfun park next to the restaurant where they could play.

She partied hard this vacation!

Then a few people went to the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum He did the Bellagio. It was a nice museum but overpriced. I found the Corning Museum more impressive.

When I saw the rabbit ears I laughed at how funny I was. Really tickled myself. Rabbit ears!! How original! When we finished taking it the photographer looked at me and said (very seriously), "If you need another one, let me know," implying I had somehow ruined the photo. Nope! Looks great!

Ania found a pretty sweet ride.

And that's it. The flight attendant asked Derek if he were with all of these girls and then told him he needed to get some support. (In case you were wondering, 750 pfotos.)

Happy Pfourth of July!!! An old friend was naive and kind enough to lend us their houseboat for the Pfourth!

We got BBQ and didn't have to cook a thing.

Luckily there was more outdoor space than just the deck so the children didn't break stuff.

Rock Climbing

The girls got to go rock climbing.

Ania was disappointed she didn't go higher and didn't want to be in the group shot so she gets her own head shot.

Day Pfive. Two Days Left.

Our big adventure for the day was going to Madison Diner, a little place my good buddy Guy told me about.

Ania, how big are you?

SO BIG!!

That's the Madison Burger. Josh got the chicken and waffles. I think his was the best.

Cheese steak. Hers was maybe second or third. The sweet potato fries kicked it up a notch. I'm sad I didn't get the onion rings. They looked amazing.

After lunch we went to the children's museum and played with golf balls.

Then we went canoing. GAH! Jaws!

Day Pfour

We took a little walk around the neighborhood and found this washed up on shore.

Then we hiked around a bit. It's not actually the shore but the midden. I didn't know that word until we left. Apparently it's forbidden to walk there. We won't do it again.

We got very dirty.

And then went for a canoe ride in the evening and roasted s'mores.
