Katie had a magician for her birthday. She liked it. She volunteered to be an assistant.

So did Mary. She wasn't as excited about it.

We recently got a Flip minoHD camera. Katie likes it almost as much as regular cameras. Here is one of her first efforts.

Katie the Magician's Assistant

We went to Greenfield Village on Sunday. Fortunately, we did not look at the events because Thomas the Tank Engine was there and we would have chickened out. But most people there were only interested in the train. There was a magician. Katie muscled her way to the front row. I think the magician, Jason Hudy, realized the damage he would cause by not letting Katie volunteer.

Mary liked it.
