New Blogger
I upgraded to the new blogger. It should be better. It says that you will be asked to upgrade when you log in. I'm not sure if you all have to do that or just me. Just in case, please do that when you log in. Some of the new features it says are click and drag editing, labels for posts, things like that. Hope it makes your blogging experience better.

Stud Being Stud
I was putting addresses in my computer. I wanted to use this for Stud's picture, but I couldn't. So I thought I'd share it with you.

Holiday Blizzard 2006
Well, the "holiday blizzard 2006" has come... here are some pictures from our house!
Yesterday (day 1) - Kuba absolutely LOVES this!
This morning at about 4:45am I heard a snowplow... I think it was actually a construction worker contracted by the city to plow some residential roads. Unfortunately my camera shutter speed was slow and I couldn't figure out how to fix it before he left, but here are some (blurry) pictures. He made a pile in the center of our cul-de-sac and just plowed around it. The pile is probably 8-10 feet high.
More pictures this morning of the dogs and our deck and front yard.

The pile in the picture is all of the snow I shoveled off the deck. The snow has come up above the deck and is about thigh high even above the deck now.
This is our front yard - the picture didn't turn out as well as I was hoping. The snow in our driveway is about up to my hip, and the pile in the center of the street is from the snow plow. You can't see it that well, but after this picture my camera battery died. :(

Halloween in Michigan
Well, after about two weeks of non-stop Haloween buildup, including approximately eight parties and two pre-trick-or-treat trick-or-treat affairs, Halloween is finally over. Here are some pictures. In case you can't tell, Mary was either a lion or Toto, depending on whom you asked. She could also be considered a buffalo.

Remodel in Breck
Michigan Fall
LOOK OUT, KATIE!!!!!! She is learning to drive her car..... We had a wonderful dinner at Rhoda's apartment.
Grandpa and Grandma took Katie to see "Pinky, the Friendly Ghost" in Northville, and it was really a good play. It was surely enjoyed by all of the Pflums in attendance. We spent a lovely Michigan fall morning at Greenfield Village, rode in the Model T's, rode the merry-go-round, and were there for the clock striking.
Mary insisted on wearing her "princess" pajama tops as her shirt and you can't see that she also wore her Wiggles slippers as her shoes. She's destined for greatness in the fashion world! There were several evening dinners on the deck. We felt we needed to enjoy the out-of-doors while we could . A little friendly hair pulling is always a jesture of love!
